Halloween
The children will come dressed up and supervised by volunteers from Smiley Monaco. They will go to the shops on Caroline Street and Grimaldi Street, then return via the port to fill their bags with candy. Finally, they are expected for a festive and slightly mischievous snack to end the afternoon.
