Mentre il Principato di Monaco ha superato la soglia dei 60.000 occupati nel settore privato, alcuni settori professionali incontrano difficoltà di reclutamento in una società post-COVID in cui il modo in cui le persone si approcciano al lavoro sta cambiando.
Per questo motivo il Governo ha deciso di organizzare una Giornata dell'occupazione il 15 settembre 2023, con l'obiettivo di "far incontrare domanda e offerta di lavoro nel Principato".

In response to the expectations expressed by employers, the government has also scheduled:

two annual roundtables to develop the time for exchange between the Government and employer representatives;
an e-mail address (monacoemploi@gouv.mc ) to collect unsolicited applications from jobseekers;
a communication campaign, in three languages (French, English and Italian), posters, digital and press, to publicize the September 15 event and the Principality's approach;
an employment portal, which will be fully operational in 2024, to bring together job offers, registration procedures and applications in just a few clicks.

The issue of employment is a priority for the Government of Monaco, whose aim is to continue supporting the Monegasque economic and social model, the Principality's main factor of attractiveness.
