European Heritage Days: Fonds Patrimonial de la Médiathèque de Monaco

On the occasion of the 28th European Heritage Days, the Médiathèque de Monaco has chosen to showcase its conservation of old and precious collections. Guided tours of the library's storerooms are offered, including presentations of outstanding documents from the three sectors of the Heritage Collection: the Regional Collection, the Precious Collection and the Legal Deposit. The tour is followed by a talk by a graphic arts restoration specialist.

Location: 3, promenade Honoré II, L'Hélios

Visit of the premises, presentation of the collections and restoration demonstration (12 people per session) at 9am, 11am and 2pm (duration 1h30)

Option: advice on restoring documents (3 people per session) at 10:30 am, 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm (duration: 30 min.)
Bring 1 or 2 personal documents to be restored

Please bring a jacket or vest, as the temperature in the storerooms is very cold.
